The Troy Township Trustees will review text amendments to the following sections of the Troy Township Zoning Resolution:Article 3 Establishment of Districts and District MapSection 3.11 (add)"C-5" Highway Commercial District: The purpose of the Highway Commercial District is to accommodate wholesale and service uses at a greater intensity than that which is permitted in the Neighborhood Commercial and the other Commercial Business Districts. The intent of the Highway Commercial district is not only to service the needs of the immediate community, but also to attract residents from surrounding areas, and to have immediate access to US 20, US 23, SR 163 and SR 582 on parcels five (5) acres or larger.
